What is the return policy?
We have a 30 day return period, our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. Get in touch with us at support@kenhuxley.com to initiate a return or an exchange.
When will I get my order?
Order processing time: 1-3 business days.
Shipping time: 5-7 business days.
During holidays or at times with large influx of order, there might be slight delay. Rest assured, we will do our best to get your order to you as soon as we can.
Once we’ve packed your order and handed it over to our delivery partner, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow your parcel’s journey all the way to your door.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
Order cancellation.
Things happen, we get it. If you have the need to cancel your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible at support@kenhuxley.com and if your order hasn't been shipped, we will process a cancellation and a full refund.
